As a new client of our animal hospital in Valley Cottage, New York, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs.

When you arrive for your appointment, our cheerful receptionist will greet you warmly.  Once you are checked in, your dedicated veterinary assistant will lead you into the examination room and ask about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and reason for your visit.  The assistant will review the information with your veterinarian and prepare all the supplies needed for your appointment.

Your veterinarian will greet you and your pet.  After discussing your concerns and answering your questions, a thorough physical examination will be performed and a treatment recommendation or vaccination plan will be discussed.

During annual wellness appointments, we will focus on the overall health of your pet and present strategies for maintaining an excellent quality of life.  We emphasize preventative care so that can continue to enjoy your pet for as long as possible!

If your pet presents with an illness, your veterinarian will do an examination and discuss a treatment plan.  Fortunately, we are a fully equipped hospital and able to do a large assortment of diagnostic testing.  If your pet is very ill and needs to be hospitalized, we provide 24 hour care.
